Halcyon launched their iOS app and a new product-led growth motion in the same quarter. Subscriber data lived in three places — App Store Connect, Stripe, and their marketing site — and nobody could answer the only question that mattered: are we on pace to hit our year-end goal, and how much do we need to grow this week?
What we builtAn AI-connector pipeline that pulls live subscriptions from Stripe, weekly snapshots from App Store Connect, and traffic from their site into one unified dashboard. It plots actuals against the WoW target curve, breaks revenue out by channel and plan, and ends every page with a plain-English weekly read — “you cleared the bar at 21, push for 24 to maintain the lead.”
OutcomeEvery Friday the team opens one URL and knows exactly where they stand. Goal pacing, MRR/ARR, churn, funnel, and next-week targets — at a glance. No spreadsheets, no “let me pull the Stripe export.” Founder time back, sales conversations sharper, growth bets prioritized against the actual curve.
