A weekly top-20 enterprise prospect list, delivered to Slack.

Problem

Sales reps were drowning in raw website traffic and B2B data. No one had time to figure out which of last week's visitors were actually worth reaching out to, and enterprise deals were slipping.

What we built

An agent that pulls website visitor signals, enriches them with B2B data, and cross-references Stripe revenue history. Claude ranks the top 20 prospects each week and posts them as a structured brief in Slack — with context, a recommended angle, and a one-click path to the CRM.

Outcome

The sales team starts every Monday with a ranked shortlist instead of a blank spreadsheet. More enterprise conversations, faster cycles, zero manual prospecting.

Problem

Every meeting produced action items. Almost none of them made it into a tracker. The things that fell through the cracks were the things that mattered — and no one had visibility into who was supposed to do what.

What we built

A secure pipeline that feeds Fathom recordings and Granola notes into Claude, which extracts action items and writes them to a shared Slack canvas — each one tagged to the right person with context pulled from the meeting.

Outcome

The whole team sees one running to-do list that updates in real time. Owners see what's on their plate. Leadership sees nothing fell through the cracks. No more "I thought you were handling that."
